摘要
目的:建立统一的电生理检查流程,实现报告数字化、网络共享。方法:把分布在医院各科室的脑电图、动态心电图、动态脑电图、肌电图、肺功能、一氧化氮、骨密度、步态分析仪等报告纳入电生理信息系统中,实现全院级的数据共享。结果:电生理信息系统的应用,为报告快速诊断提供便利,同时方便临床医生查阅报告。结论:电生理信息系统是实现医院全面信息化不可或缺的一环,是推进电子病历及无纸化管理的重要保障。
Objective To realize the networked,digital management model of the electrophysiological examination,and achieve sharing of testing data by establishing a unified electrophysiological examination process.Methods Data signals from electroencephalogram,dynamic electrocardiograph,dynamic electroencephalogram,Pulmonary Function Instrument,Nitric oxide Instrument,Bone Mineral Density Equipment,Gain Analyzer which dispersed in hospital departments were integrated into electrophysiological information system,and shared with hospital.Results The efficient hospital electrophysiological information system was established.The system improved the doctor's work efficiency,which made it convenient for the doctor to check and analyze the report.Conclusion Electrophysiological information system,as the important part of digital hospital information system,is an important guarantee for the realization of a comprehensive EMR and paperless hospital management.
