摘要
对某电厂350 MW汽轮机在调试期间出现的4瓦X向、6瓦X向、高负荷后2瓦X、Y向振动大的现象进行了分析,对其处理过程做了较为详细的总结。对冲转参数、轴封蒸汽温度对汽轮机冲转过程中的振动影响进行了深入分析,对高负荷下汽流激振的现场数据、振动特征进行了全方位解读,同时还对中压叶轮冷却蒸汽流量变化对轴承振动的影响做了较为深入的分析,以便为同类型机组类似的振动故障提供参考。
The phenomena of 4 watt X direction,6 watt X direction,2 watt X direction and Y direction vibration during the commissioning of a 350 MW turbine in a power plant are analyzed,and the processing process is summarized in detail.The influence of hedging parameters and shaft sealing steam temperature on the vibration of steam turbines is analyzed in depth,and the field data and vibration characteristics of steam current excitation under high load are comprehensively interpreted.At the same time,the influence of the cooling steam flow of medium pressure impeller on the vibration of bearing is analyzed in depth,so as to provide reference for similar vibration failure of the same type of unit.
