摘要
为了解西安市农业环境工作现状及存在的问题,本文通过实地走访、座谈和问卷调查的方式,对市县农业环境工作机构、农业投入品管理和农业废弃物利用等进行了调研,分析了农业环境监测薄弱、缺乏全局性工作统筹和数据平台、技术人员不足、农药包装废弃物回收和处理等存在的主要问题。并有针对性地提出理顺全市农业环境工作机制、构建平台开展大数据管理、做好农药包装废弃物回收的建议。
In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of agricultural environmental work in Xian City?we investigated the agricultural environmental work institutions*the management of agricultural inputs and the utilization of agricultural waste in cities and counties by means of field visits discussions and questionnaires and analyzed the weakness of agricultural environmental monitoring and the lack of overall work coordination and data.The main problems of platform,insufficient technicians,pesticide packaging waste recy-cling and treatment?etc.It also put forward some suggestions on straightening out the working mechanism of agricultural environment in the whole city?building a platform to carry out large data management,and doing a good job of pesticide packaging waste recycling.
