摘要
食品从原材料到生产加工,到最后进入市场,在此过程中每一环节都可能出现微生物污染的情况,进而引发食源性疾病,危害人们的身体健康。目前,食品安全已经成为了世界范围内广泛关注的问题,而微生物污染是影响食品安全最重要的因素,因此,加强食品中微生物的污染情况分析,并利用现代先进的检测技术进行检测极为必要,是防止微生物污染食品流入市场,保障人们身体健康的关键性措施。文章简要阐述了食品中微生物污染分析以及检测的意义,具体对食品中微生物的污染进行了分析,并介绍几种检测技术。
The food from raw materials to production and processing,and finally to enter the market,every link in the process of microbial contamination may occur,causing food-borne diseases,harm people’s health at present,food safety has become a worldwide attention,and microbial contamination is one of the most important factors influencing food safety,therefore,strengthen the pollution situation of microbes in food analysis,testing and the use of modern advanced detection technology is very necessary,is to prevent microbial contamination of food into the market,security key measures of people healthy.This paper briefly expounded the significance of microbial contamination analysis and detection in food,analyzed the microbial contamination in food,and introduced several detection techniques.
