摘要
水下电子模块是海洋油气生产控制系统的关键单元设备之一。通过分析水下电子模块的工作环境与控制需求,提出一种基于嵌入式控制技术的水下电子模块硬件系统实现方案。该方案综合应用FPGA控制技术、DSP数据处理技术、CAN总线通讯技术、模拟量与数字量数据采集技术和基于2FSK原理的远距离通讯技术等。硬件设计采用模块化设计方法,包括水下主控模块、水下调制解调模块、电磁阀控制模块、模拟量采集模块、串口通讯模块和水下电源模块。详细阐述各个模块的功能、硬件选型和设计原理。经过实验室和工业现场测试,水下电子模块满足控制需求,具有性能稳定、可靠性高的特点。
Subsea Electronic Module(SEM)is one of the key elements of marine oil and gas production and control system.A SEM implementation based on embedded control technology was put forward through analyzing the work environment and control needs.The program comprehensively applied the FPGA control technology,DSP data processing technology,CAN bus communication technology,analog and digital data acquisition technology,and long-distance communication technology based on 2FSK principle.Hardware design used the modular method,including subsea main control module,subsea modulate-demodulate module,solenoid valve control module,analog acquisition module,serial communication module and subsea power-supply module.The functions,selections of hardware and design principles were described in detail.After laboratory and industrial field testing,SEM meets the control requirements,and has a stable performance and high reliability.
