摘要
为分析中国南方高温高湿环境对扬翔华系杜洛克后备公猪在生长育肥期采食量、采食时间等采食行为和饲料效率的影响,本研究以扬翔华系杜洛克后备公猪在FIRE测定站的998 195条采食记录为基础,使用温湿度自动监测设备实时监测圈舍温度和湿度。采用R 3.5.1软件统计猪群昼夜采食节律,运用线性混合模型分析不同温湿度水平采食行为和饲料效率的差异,并尝试建立扬翔华系杜洛克生长公猪实际采食量预测模型。结果表明:扬翔华系杜洛克生长猪的采食行为呈昼夜节律变化,受日温度变化影响;当环境温度在20~24℃,温湿指数(THI)在66~71时,生长猪的饲料转化率(FCR)和剩余采食量(RFI)均较低;当环境温度超过25℃,THI超过74时,FCR最高可提高13.98%,RFI最高可提高182.92%。综上可知,在华南地区湿热环境下,当环境温度控制在18~22℃、THI在65~70时,扬翔华系杜洛克生长公猪的采食量较高,FCR和RFI较低,饲料效率较高。THI可作为监测生长公猪热应激的候选指标。
In order to analysis of the effects of feed intake of boars from YX China-Line Duroc Specialized strain during growth period in high temperature/humidity environment in southern China.The paper was based on the 998,195 feeding records of boars from YX China-Line Duroc Specialized strain at the FIRE station,the temperature and humidity of the housing were measured in real time.The R 3.5.1 software was used to calculate the feeding rhythm of pigs in the day and night and analyze the differences in feeding behavior and feed efficiency between different temperature and humidity levels by linear mixed model.The actual feed intake prediction model of boars from YX China-Line Duroc Specialized strain was established.The results show that the feeding behavior of boars from YX China-Line Duroc Specialized strain showed the change of circadian rhythm and was affected by the change of daily temperature.When the temperature was 20~24℃and THI was 66~71,the feed conversion rate(FCR)and residual feed intake(RFI)of growing pigs were lower.When the ambient temperature exceed 25℃and the THI exceed 74,the FCR can be increased by up to 13.98%,and RFI can be increased by up to 182.92%.In summary,when the ambient temperature was controlled at 18~22℃and the THI was 65~70,the feed intake and feed efficiency of growing boars from YX China-Line Duroc Specialized strain was higher,the FCR and RFI were lower.THI can be used as a candidate indicator for monitoring growth boar heat stress in Southern China.
