摘要
针对家电产品用离心风机的小型化、高速化的技术发展趋势,以设计流量0.013 2kg/s的离心风机为主要研究对象,发展了一种适合于小型高速离心风机叶轮及扩压器的气动设计与分析方法,并重点分析了径向和轴向、有叶和无叶共四种扩压器组合形式对小型高速离心风机性能的影响。结果表明,本文发展的气动设计与分析方法能够有效应用于小型高速离心风机;具有四种扩压器组合形式离心风机在设计流量下的效率均高于60%,满足初步设计要求;带有径向扩压器的离心风机气动性能更佳,带有轴向扩压器的离心风机结构尺寸更紧凑。研究成果对家电产品用小型高速离心风机优化设计及研发具有参考价值。
Aiming at the development tendency of miniaturization and high-speed of centrifugal fan for home appliances,taking a centrifugal fan with a design flow rate of 0.0132 kg/s as the main research object,an aerodynamic design and analysis method applied to compact high-speed centrifugal fan has been developed.The influence of radial and axial,vaned and vaneless four diffuser combinations on the performance of compact high-speed centrifugal fan has been analyzed.The results show that the aerodynamic design and analysis method developed in this paper can be effectively applied to compact highspeed centrifugal fans;the efficiency of the centrifugal fan with four diffuser combinations at design flow rate is higher than 60%,which can meet the preliminary design requirements.Centrifugal fan with radial diffuser has better aerodynamic performance,centrifugal fan with axial diffuser is more compact.The research results have reference value for the optimization design and development of compact high-speed centrifugal fan.
