摘要
基于阿米卡星对纳米金-罗丹明B体系的荧光增强,建立了一种快速、灵敏测定硫酸阿米卡星的新方法。通过对反应时间、纳米金与RhB配比、温度等实验条件的优化,在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为7.80×10^-6~1.25×10^-4 mol/L,检出限为2.2×10^-6 mol/L,该方法用于检测硫酸阿米卡星针剂中的阿米卡星的含量,效果良好。
Based on the fluorescence enhancement of amikacin to gold nanoparticles-rhodamine B system,a new method for rapid and sensitive determination of amikacin was established.The experiment conditions such as the reaction time,ratio of gold nanoparticles to rhodamine B and the reaction temperature were optimized.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linear range of the method is 7.80×10^-6~1.25×10^-4 mol/L,and the detection limit is 2.2×10^-6 mol/L.The method was used to detect amikacin in Amikacin sulfate injection and the results were similar to the notated value.
