摘要
在我国奶业高速发展的近20年中,奶源过剩与紧缺现象时有发生,直接影响了奶业的健康发展。本文基于经济学视角系统梳理了导致奶业发展中出现的奶源过剩与紧缺现象的影响因素,并对奶源过剩与紧缺两种极端情况运用博弈理论解释了形成机理,并在此基础上提出了避免奶业危机事件发生的对策与建议。
With the rapid development of Chinese dairy industry in nearly 20 years,there are continuous phenomena of dumping the milk and scrambling for the milk,which influence healthy development of dairy directly.Based on economic theory system,this paper analyzed the main factors of resulting in dumping milk and scrambling for milk.For the extreme situations of dumping milk and scrambling for milk,We apply game theory to explain the formation mechanism.Based on it,We put forward some corresponding suggestions and strategies to avoid critical incident of dairy industry.
