摘要
建筑业作为对资源和环境有重大影响的行业,推行绿色建造势在必行。但绿色建造在实际的推广过程中阻力重重,评价指标混乱是原因之一。通过阅读文献和问卷调研确定评价指标,用层次分析法构建评价指标体系,分别计算出各个指标的单权重﹑总权重,最后对判断矩阵进行一致性检验。结果表明,判断矩阵有满意的一致性,评价指标体系合理可行。
Construction industry has a significant impact on resources and environment,and it is imperative topromote green construction. However,the resistance of green construction in the actual process is heavy,and one of thereasons is the confusion of evaluation indicators. Through reading literature and doing questionnaire survey,the paperdetermines the evaluation index,constructs the evaluation index system by analytic hierarchy process,calculates thesingle weight and total weight of each index respectively. Finally,tests the consistency of the rectangular judgment. Theresult shows that the rectangular judgment has satisfactory consistency and the evaluation index system is reasonableand feasible.
