翠绿宝石皮秒激光与Q开关翠绿宝石纳秒激光治疗面部雀斑疗效对比 被引量:6

A Comparison of the Picosecond Alexandrite Laser and Nanosecond Alexandrite Laser in the Treatment of Facial Freckles

摘要 目的:探讨755nm翠绿宝石皮秒激光与Q开关755nm翠绿宝石纳秒激光治疗面部雀斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年8月-2018年12月于四川大学华西医院皮肤性病科就诊的80例面部雀斑患者,随机分为两组,其中皮秒组40例,采用755nm皮秒激光治疗;纳秒组40例,采用755nm纳秒激光治疗。所有患者接受1次皮秒激光或纳秒激光治疗,术后即刻进行疼痛评分,术后第12周随访,观察疗效并记录不良反应。结果:80例患者经过1次治疗后均有较大程度改善,皮秒组有效率为97.5%,纳秒组有效率为92.5%,两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。皮秒组治疗后平均疼痛评分较小,红斑消退时间较短,色素沉着率较低。所有患者色素沉着于3~6个月后消退。结论:755nm皮秒激光和755nm纳秒激光治疗雀斑均有效,皮秒组疗效优于纳秒组,不良反应少,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 755nm picosecond alexandrite laser and the nanosecond alexandrite laser on facial freckles.Methods 80 cases of patients with freckles were included in the study during August 2018 to December 2018.They were treated randomly with picosecond alexandrite laser or nanosecond alexandrite laser at one treatment.Pain score was performed immediately after the procedure,was made assessment of improvement and complication after 12 weeks.Results The effective rate of picosecond laser group was 97.5%,while nanosecond laser group was 92.5%.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The patients in picosecond laser group had lower pain score,shorter erythema duration,and lower postin flammatory hyperpigmentation rate.Temporary hyperpigmentation alleviated 3-6 months after the treatment.Conclusion Both picosecond laser and nanosecond laser were effective at improving freckles.while picosecond laser show superior result to nanosecond laser,patients tolerate picosecond laser better than nanosecond laser.
