摘要
无人便利店是时下出现的新零售业态形式。本文从政策、技术和市场三方面共同分析无人便利店兴起的背景,并基于消费者体验视角,从多、快、好、省4个维度分析无人便利店存在的问题。最后,本文对无人便利店的未来发展方向进行了预测与讨论。
Self-service convenience shop is an emerging form of new retailing.This paper analyzes the development background of self-service convenience shop from the viewpoint of policy,technology and marketing.And the existing issues are covered by four topics:abundance,fast,good and economical.In the end,this paper makes prediction and discusses about the future development of self-service convenience shop.
