摘要
原油储运过程中合理地选择个系统的运行参数,降低储运能耗,实现低碳发展是目前低渗油藏原油储运的研究热点之一。为了研究其节能方案,本文以A低渗油藏原油储运系统中长距离运输管道运行方案为例,首先对原油储运调度工艺流程进行了介绍。然后以总燃料和总电能消耗的总投资作为目标函数,以原油排量、温度和压力要求等作为约束条件,结合遗传算法和罚函数,建立了其运行方案的优化数学模型。最后分别选取冬季和夏季的代表日,对优化方案进行计算,结果表明,本文提出的原油运输优化方案在冬季和夏季分别可节约投资23%和18%,节能效果非常明显。
In the process of crude oil storage and transportation,it is one of the research hot spots of crude oil storage and transportation in low permeability reservoirs to select the operating parameters of each system reasonably,reduce the energy consumption of storage and transportation,and realize low carbon development.In order to study the energy-saving scheme,this paper takes the long-distance transportation pipeline operation scheme of A low permeability reservoir crude oil storage and transportation system as an example.Firstly,the process flow of crude oil storage and transportation scheduling is introduced.Then,taking the total investment of fuel and energy consumption as the objective function,the crude oil displacement,temperature and pressure requirements as constraints,combined with genetic algorithm and penalty function,the optimization mathematical model of its operation scheme is established.Finally,the representative days of winter and summer are selected to calculate the optimization scheme.The results show that the proposed optimization scheme can save 23%and 18%of the investment in winter and summer respectively,and the energy-saving effect is very obvious.
