摘要
针对脑卒中康复周期长、医疗资源缺乏的问题,为实现居家自主康复训练,文章引入远程康复软件平台,结合其功能定位,分析镜像疗法的新技术,采用基于数据手套采集康复训练数据,融合虚拟现实技术构造3D康复训练场景,创设一种基于虚拟现实场景的镜像疗法。最后,采用实验对比的方式,以46例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法均分为研究组与对照组,研究组实施虚拟现实场景镜像疗法,对照组实施基于平面镜的传统镜像疗法,对比两组结果,可知,辅助康复训练后,研究组FMA评分、Barthel评分、QLI评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义,由此,验证了远程康复软件平台下的虚现现实镜像疗法,在脑卒中居家康复训练中,可有效改善患者的肌力、运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力以及生活质量。
Aiming at the problems of long rehabilitation cycle and lack of medical resources for stroke,in order to realize home-based self-rehabilitation training,this paper introduces a remote rehabilitation software platform,combines its functional orientation,analyses the new technology of mirror therapy,collects rehabilitation training data based on data gloves,and constructs 3D rehabilitation training by integrating virtual reality technology,so as to create a mirror therapy based on virtual reality scene.Finally,46 stroke patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table method.The study group was treated with virtual reality scene mirror therapy,while the control group was treated with traditional mirror therapy based on plane mirror.By comparing the results of the two groups,we can see that after assistant rehabilitation training,the study group was treated with virtual reality scene mirror therapy.FMA score,Barthel score and QLI score were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,which verified that the virtual reality mirror integrated therapy under the platform of remote rehabilitation software can effectively improve the muscle strength,motor function,daily living ability and quality of life of patients with stroke in home rehabilitation training.
