基于响应面法的高速铁路接触网参数优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 当列车运行速度提高,弓网受流质量恶化,甚至造成离线,为了保证列车高速运行时弓网之间良好接触,因此对接触网设计参数进行优化。采用有限元分析法,利用MSC.Marc软件建立了弓网耦合模型,对接触网和受电弓的耦合运动进行仿真计算。首先,分析接触网线索张力、线索线密度单独变化时对接触力的影响。其次,考虑到多参数共同变化对接触力的影响,引入响应面法,研究两个参数一起变化对弓网受流质量的影响。最后,基于线索张力、接触线线密度一起影响时,对速度500 km/h时接触网设计参数提出优化方案。研究结果表明:增大接触线张力,减小承力索张力和接触线的线密度能够有效地改善弓网受流质量。 When train running speed is increased,the current collection quality of pantograph-catenary is deteriorated,and even off-line is caused.In order to ensure better contact between pantograph and catenary when the train runs at a high speed,the design parameters of catenary are optimized.In this paper,the catenary and pantograph models are established by using MSC.Marc software,and the coupled motion of catenary and pantograph is simulated and calculated.Firstly,the influence of tension and linear density of contact wire and messenger wire with single variation on contact force is analyzed.Secondly,considering the effect of the common change of multiple parameters on the contact force,the response surface method is introduced to study the effect of the two parameters changed together on the current collection quality of pantograph-catenary.Finally,the design parameters of the catenary at speed 500 km/h is proposed when the parameters of the catenary are affected together.The results show that it could effectively improve the quality of current collection of pantograph-catenary to increase the contact wire tension,reduce the messenger wire tension and linear density of the contact wire.
