BFRP增强复合水泥板与混凝土界面黏结性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过设计6种类型的复合试件进行推出剪切试验,研究混凝土强度、混凝土种类及复合水泥板厚度等因素对BFRP增强复合水泥板与混凝土界面黏结性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着混凝土强度的提高,复合试件的界面黏结强度明显增强,并且复合试件表现出更为显著的塑性变形特征;复合试件中间采用自密实混凝土与采用普通混凝土相比,复合试件的界面黏结强度基本相似,但复合试件的刚度有略微提高,变形能力有所降低;随着BFRP增强复合水泥板厚度的增大,复合试件的界面黏结强度有明显提高,但当复合水泥的厚度超过一定范围后,复合试件的破坏形式由塑性破坏转变为脆性破坏。 The shear test was carried out by designing 6 types of composite specimens and the influence of concrete strength,concrete types and the thickness of composite cement plate on the interfacial bonding performance of BFRP reinforced composite cement plate and concrete was studied.The results showthat with the increase of concrete strength,the interfacial bonding strength of the composite specimens is significantly enhanced,moreover,the composite specimens showed more significant plastic deformation characteristics.Compared with ordinary concrete,the interfacial bonding strength of composite specimens is similar to that of ordinary concrete,while the stiffness of the composite specimen is slightly increased and the deformation capacity is reduced.With the increase of the thickness of BFRP reinforced composite cement plate,the interfacial bonding strength of the composite specimen is obviously improved,however,when the thickness of the composite cement exceeds a certain range,the fracturemode of the composite specimen is changed fromplastic fracture to brittle fracture.
