摘要
目的分析慢性苯中毒患者外周血淋巴细胞损伤及生化指标变化。方法选取2015年1月-2018年12月温州市中医院收治的慢性苯中毒患者39例为中毒组。另选39例健康检查者为对照组。比较两组外周血中细胞计数、淋巴细胞亚群和生化指标。结果中毒组WBC计数、RBC计数、外周血中淋巴细胞(LYM)、中性粒细胞(NEUT)、血小板计数(PLT)及Hb明显高于对照组(P<0.05),WBC、NEUT及Hb异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。中毒组血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和间接胆红素(IBIL)、血尿酸(UA)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。中毒组彗星细胞率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),彗星细胞分级亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。WBC、NEUT分级与彗星细胞率呈明显负相关(P<0.05),且与尾长分级呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性苯中毒患者存在明显的淋巴细胞DNA损伤和血生化异常,血液毒性和遗传毒性作用明显。
Objective To analyze the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte damage and biochemical indexes in patients with chronic benzene poisoning. Methods 39 patients with chronic benzene poisoning admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the poisoning group. A total of 39 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Peripheral blood cell count,lymphocyte subsets and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results WBC,RBC,LYM,NEUT,PLT and Hb in the poisoning group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the abnormal rates of WBC,NEUT and Hb were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),uric acid(UA),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the poisoned group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of comet cells in the poisoning group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the grade of comet cells was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). WBC and NEUT grades were negatively correlated with the rate of comet cells(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the tail length(P<0.05). Conclusions There are obvious lymphocyte DNA damage and blood biochemical abnormality in patients with chronic benzene poisoning.
