摘要
为了探究身体肥胖指数(BAI)评判中国乡村汉族成人肥胖的可行性,抽样调查了中国22个省36个族群16 491例(男性8 175例,女性8 316例)汉族人的身高、体质量、臀围、皮褶厚度等8项指标,计算BAI、身体质量指数(BMI)和体脂率(PBF),分析BAI与BMI和PBF之间的关系,比较BAI与BMI在判定中国汉族人肥胖方面的一致性.结果表明:汉族男性的BAI与BMI、PBF均呈正相关,但相关系数较小;女性的BAI与BMI呈正相关,与PBF不具相关性.男性、女性的BAI与4项皮褶厚度之和均不相关.用BAI与BMI分别判断汉族人的超重和肥胖时,结果出现明显矛盾,二者评价结果的一致率低于56%.由此认为,BAI不适合大范围评估中国汉族人的肥胖.
In order to explore the feasibility of body adiposity index(BAI)in evaluating obesity in Chinese Han people,16 491 Han people(8 175 males and 8 316 females)from 36 ethnic groups in 22 provinces of China were sampled and investigated.Eight indicators including stature,body mass,hip circumference and skin fold thickness were measured,and BAI,body mass index(BMI)and percent body fat(PBF)were calculated.The relationship between BAI and BMI as well as PBF were analyzed,and the consistency of BAI and BMI in determining obesity in Chinese Han population was compared.The results showed that BAI was positively correlated with BMI and PBF in Han males,but the correlation coefficients were small.BAI was positively correlated with BMI in females,but not with PBF.There was no correlation between BAI and the sum of four skinfold thickness both in males and females.When BAI and BMI were used to judge the overweight and obesity of Han people respectively,the results were obviously contradictory.The coincidence rate of two evaluation results was less than 56%.Therefore,BAI is not suitable for evaluating the obesity of Chinese Han people in a wide range.
