基于有效容量分布的互联系统风电消纳能力评估 被引量:8

摘要 我国拥有丰富的风力发电资源,但是弃风问题严重,亟需解决。电网互联作为解决这一问题的有效措施不仅可以有效提升风电消纳能力,而且对系统可靠性有着积极的影响。综合考虑源-网-荷各环节对风电消纳能力的影响,运用基于有效容量分布的随机生产模拟方法,在消纳能力评估中考虑互联系统可靠性指标,并提出机组剩余有效容量分布的概念,结合联络线输电能力分布表征系统的有效供电能力。通过与需求负荷匹配来计算各互联系统的发电量、支援电量、支援概率等评估指标,从而在保证系统安全、经济、可靠的前提下全面反映评估周期内风电消纳情况。最后,基于IEEE-RTS负荷数据的算例验证了该方法的有效性。 China has abundant wind power resources.However,the problem of wind curtailment is serious and urgent to solve.As an effective measure to solve this problem,power grid interconnection can effectively improve wind power accommodation and has positive influence on system reliability.Considering the impact of power source-networkload on accommodation ability of wind power,this paper uses stochastic production simulation based on available capacity distribution to consider interconnected system reliability indicators for accommodation ability assessment.Moreover,a concept of residual capacity distribution is proposed,combined with distribution of power transmission lines,to characterize effective power supply capacity of the system.Amount of energy generation,amount of support,probability of support and other evaluation indicators are calculated by matching with demand load.Therefore,under premise of ensuring safety,economy and reliability of the system,it can fully reflect accommodation of wind power during assessment period.Rationality and validity of this method are verified based on an example of IEEE-RTS load data.
