摘要
新中国成立70年来,在中国特色社会主义制度特别是社会主义市场经济体制的形成和发展过程中,中国的社会主义平等观念大体经历了三个特征鲜明的发展阶段:中国社会主义平等的创立与探索(1949—1978年)、中国特色社会主义平等的确立与进展(1978—2012年)、平等张力的呈现与新时代平等图景的生成(党的十八大以来)。这是启程与探索并行、进展与反思并立、张力与图景共推的渐深发展进路。新时代,依据全体人民美好生活和美好世界的新平等需求,在马克思主义平等观的指导下,审思进一步推进中国特色社会主义平等的持续发展,既是一个重大的理论问题,也是一项重大的实践议题,还关涉中国价值和中国话语的世界意义。
Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,during the process of the formation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,especially the socialist market economy system,Chinese concept of equality has generally experienced three stages with distinct characteristics:the establishment and exploration of Chinese socialist equality(1949-1978),the establishment and progress of socialist equality with Chinese characteristics(1978-2012),the emergence of equality tension and the generation of equality vision in the new era(since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China).It reflects the deepening development path of starting and exploring paralleling,progress and reflection side by side,tension and vision pushing together.In the new era,according to the new equal needs of all the people for a better life and a better world,it is not only a major theoretical issue but also a major practical issue to promote the continuous development of socialism equality with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the Marxist concept of equality.It is also related to the world significance of Chinese value and Chinese discourse.
