Objective To investigate the application effect of carprostol tromethamine in clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine weakness. Methods Seventy patients with uterine weakness and postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the study group(35 patients)and the reference group(35 patients)with a computerized tool according to a random number table.,the reference group was received oxytocin treatment, the study group was treated with carprostol tromethamine, comparing the postpartum 2 h bleeding volume,24 h postpartum hemorrhage and complications rate. Results The 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and postpartum 24 h hemorrhage volume in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t values were 13.485,22.240,P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 8.57%,which was lower than 28.57%of the patients in the reference group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2 value was 4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony is treated with carprostol tromethamine, which can not only reduce the amount of bleeding, but also reduce the risk of complications. The effect is clear, safe and reliable.
