摘要
在服务新旧动能转换背景下,对接产业的特色专业群建设是地方本科高校向应用型大学转型的有效途径.以产业为导向进行专业组群、制定以职业能力培养为核心的专业人才培养方案和课程体系、创建以学生为中心的教学管理模式、完善协同育人机制、培育高水平双师队伍等,是特色专业群建设的基本思路.
With the development of service for the shift from the old driving growths to new ones,one effective way for local universities to shift towards application-oriented ones is to set up course groups of distinctive majors.To achieve this,the basic approaches are as follows:setting up groups of majors that are industry-oriented,drawing up talents of certain majors training plans and curricula systems focusing on the improvement of their professional skills,establishing student-centered teaching and administration model,improving coordinated talent-training systems,cultivating highly-skilled double-professional teaching staff a s well.
