摘要
可靠稳定的自动化系统是加热炉安全生产的必要保证。冗余PLC系统作为安全可靠的PLC系统在现代钢铁生产企业得到了广泛应用,针对某大型板加区高可靠性和高度自动化的要求,设计了基于冗余PLC的多级冗余系统。该自动化系统经生产验证具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。
A reliable and stable automation system is a necessary guarantee for the safe production of the furnace.As a safe and reliable PLC system,redundant PLC system is widely used in modern steel production enterprises.A multi-level redundant system based on redundant PLC is designed for the requirements of high reliability and high automation of a large board plus area.The automated system has been proven to have good stability and reliability.
