摘要
利用求圆族包络线的方法来推导内摆线的外等距曲线方程,提出以内摆线等距曲线为转子泵的齿廓形线,并对此构成的转子副进行啮合研究,探讨内摆线转子副实际啮合时齿廓的修形方法和转子副的几何参数计算,为设计和开发此类泵提供了理论依据。
Using the method of finding the enveloping of the round family to derive the outer equidistance curve equation of the inner cycloid.The isometric curve of inner cycloid is proposed as the tooth profile line of the rotor pump,and meshing research of the rotor pair formed by this is studied.This study investigates the shaping method of the tooth profile and the calculation of the geometric parameters of the rotor pair when the inner cycloid rotor pair is actually meshed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of such pumps.
