摘要
DMB+是在数字音频广播DAB的基础上发展起来的一种无线数据传输新技术。DMB+以无线传输的方式,同时向多个接收终端发送音频、文字、图片、视频等信息,具有独立于商用通信系统、传输覆盖范围广、系统维护简单的特点。本文主要阐述DMB+在应急管理领域的应用。当地震、泥石流等灾害来临前,利用DMB+系统进行预警信息发布,以声、图、文等多种方式进行全方位预警,可以有效的提高灾害预警信息覆盖率,减少灾害带来的损失。
DMB+is developed on the basis of digital audio broadcasting(DAB)technology to a new wireless data transmission system.DMB+can transmit audio,text,picture,video and other information to vast receiving terminals at the same time wirelessly.It works independently to the commercial communication system,and has the merits of wide signal coverage and easy system maintenance.This article explains the application of DMB+in the fi eld of emergency management.Before the onset of natural disasters such as earthquakes and mudslides,the DMB+system is used to issue early warning information,and all-round warnings can be carried out in various ways such as sound,map and text,which can effectively improve the coverage rate of disaster warning information and reduce the losses caused by disasters.
