摘要
金属-有机骨架(MOFs)是一种由金属中心或团簇与有机配体组成的具有周期性无限网状结构的新型多孔材料。MOFs由于具有较大的比表面积、有序的骨架结构、高孔隙率以及可调控的孔结构等优点,近十多年在材料领域得到广泛的研究。本研究通过一种简单的原位刻蚀过程在室温下将铜离子掺杂进具有十二面体的锌基金属有机骨架材料(ZIF-8)。通过扫描电镜表征(SEM)可知,铜离子掺杂的ZIF-8(Cu-ZIF-8)保留了原有的十二面体形貌且粒径不变。通过能谱分析可知,相比于ZIF-8单体,Cu-ZIF-8中有铜元素存在且分布均匀。X射线衍射图谱(XRD),傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)以及氮气吸脱附表征表明掺杂铜离子并没有改变ZIF-8本来的晶体结构、表面官能团以及孔结构。本研究提供了一个简单有效的方法制备过渡金属掺杂的金属有机骨架材料。
Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) are a novel kind of porous materials with periodic infinite network structure formed by metal centers or clusters and organic ligands.MOFs have some unique features like large surface area,various composition,well-organized framework,high pore volumes and controllable porous structure,which endowed them attracted much attention in material science field in recent ten years.In this study,a facial in-situ etching process was applied to synthesis the dodecahedral the copper-doped ZIF-8 at room temperature.The scanning electron microscope(SEM) characterization showed that the Cu-ZIF-8 inherited the pristine dodecahedral morphology and the particle size of Cu-ZIF-8 consistent with ZIF-8.The energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) mappings suggested the existence of Cu and the Cu element distributed uniformly in ZIF-8.Moreover,X-ray diffractometry(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm showed the copperdoped had little effect on the pristine crystal structure,function group and pore structure.This work provided a facile and efficient method to fabricate transition metal-doped MOFs material.
