摘要
以某炼厂催化装置中的轴流压缩机轴封泄露现象为例,介绍了该类型号轴流机出现轴封泄露现象的处理过程,结合轴端密封结构及现场实际,通过深入分析诊断,提出可行的处理措施,有效的解决了泄露,保证了机组安全平稳运行。
Taking the leakage of shaft seal of an axial compressor in a refinery catalytic device as an example,The treatment process of leakage of shaft seal in this type of axial flow machine is introduced.According to the seal structure of the shaft end and the actual situation in the field,through in-depth analysis and diagnosis,The feasible treatment measures are put forward to effectively solve the leakage and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
