甲状腺切除术后甲状旁腺功能减退的危险因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 分析甲状腺切除术后甲状旁腺功能减退的危险因素。回顾性分析2015年6月—2017年6月我院行甲状腺切除术患者113例的临床资料,根据患者术后是否发生甲状旁腺激素减退分为减退组(甲状旁腺激素水平<12 pg/mL)和正常组(甲状腺激素水平≥12 pg/mL)。收集两组患者一般临床资料及相关可疑危险因素,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析甲状腺切除术后甲状旁腺功能减退发生的影响因素。单因素分析结果显示,两组在年龄、术前合并甲状腺功能亢进、术前合并甲状腺炎、开放手术、恶性肿块、肿块直径、甲状腺切除范围、甲状旁腺误切、管食管沟淋巴结清扫、纳米碳应用等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,开放性手术、恶性肿块、肿块直径、甲状腺切除范围、甲状旁腺误切、食管沟淋巴结清扫、纳米碳应用是甲状腺切除术后甲状旁腺功能减退的危险因素,临床应针对相关危险因素进行预防和干预,降低甲状旁腺功能减退发生率,提高术后患者生活质量。
