考虑用户满意度的虚拟电厂热电联合低碳经济调度模型 被引量:16

摘要 为优化能源配置和用能效率,本文采用虚拟电厂模式聚合热电联产机组,搭建多能源联合调度平台,实现热电网络互联互通的协调优化运行。首先建立用户满意度量化指标,综合考虑用电方式满意度和用电成本满意度,制定使用户和虚拟电厂双赢的优化方案,充分挖掘用户参与需求响应项目的积极性;此外引入碳排放交易机制,以虚拟电厂经济成本和碳交易成本最小为优化目标,构建虚拟电厂新型低碳经济调度模型,实现经济与低碳的协同优化;最后通过算例对4种不同调度模型进行对比分析,验证了本文提出模型的有效性和合理性。 In order to optimize the energy allocation and energy efficiency, this paper adopts virtual power plant(VPP) mode to combine with heat and power(CHP) units and establishes a multi-energy joint dispatching platform, so as to realize coordinated and optimized operation of thermoelectric networks. Firstly, it establishes quantitative indicators of customer satisfaction, comprehensively considers the satisfaction of electricity consumption and satisfaction of electricity consumption, formulates an optimization plan that enables users and virtual power plants to win-win, and fully taps the enthusiasm of users to participate in demand response projects. In addition, by introducing a carbon emission trading mechanism and taking the minimization of economic and carbon transaction cost as the target, this paper establishes a new low-carbon economic optimization scheduling model for the VPP, to realize coordinated optimization of economy and low-carbon. Finally, four different scheduling models are compared and analyzed by examples, which verifies the validity and rationality of the proposed model.
