摘要
介绍华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院在专科医联体建设过程中,通过以医疗同质化管理为切入点,构建区域专病协同救治网;以互联互通信息平台为支撑,探索上下联动双向转诊;以首席专家负责制为纽带,全面提升基层专科综合实力。结合医院实践,围绕专科医联体监管、成员单位选择、信息平台建设提出建议,以期推动专科医联体建设。
The paper described the practice of the specialized medical alliance in Wuhan Union Hospital,Tongji Medi cal College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,such as constructing a regional specialized disease Medi care network by homogenous medical management,establishing a efficient two-way referral system based on informa tion platform,and enhancing the overall strength of the primary hospitals linked with the chief expert.The paper suggested to promote cross-regional specialized medical alliance construction by propounding the suggestions about supervision,choice of members and information platform construction.
