摘要
针对带钢重卷机组中,影响产品质量的划伤、跑偏、张力波动、表面防护失效等问题,对产生原因进行分析,并通过改善生产工艺和改进设备等手段解决了影响产品质量的问题。
The cause of the problems such as scratch,strip deviation,tension fluctuation,and surface protection failure in strip steel recoiling line are analyzed,and these problems affecting the quality of product are solved by means of improving operation process and equipment.
