摘要
自改革开放之后,我国各行各业之间的竞争局势越来越激烈,医疗机构也开始参与进市场的激烈竞争当中,加之医疗卫生变革的持续深入,医疗机构财务管理工作所面临的压力日益加大,既要谨遵医疗机构的公益性及福利性等特性,还要注重成本控制。该文首先介绍了财务精细化管控的内涵及特点,讲述了新医改对医疗机构财务管理产生的影响,最后详细阐述了新医改环境医疗机构加强财务精细化管控的有效途径。
Since the reform and opening up,the competition between various industries in China has become more and more fierce.Medical institutions have also begun to participate in the fierce competition in the market.Coupled with the continuous deepening of medical and health reform,the financial management of medical institutions is facing increasing pressure.It is necessary to comply with the public welfare and welfare characteristics of medical institutions,and also pay attention to cost control.This paper first introduces the connotation and characteristics of financial refinement control,and describes the impact of new medical reform on the financial management of medical institutions.Finally,it elaborates on the effective ways for the new medical reform environmental medical institutions to strengthen financial refinement control.
