摘要
本文简单介绍了粉煤灰的成分和粒径等,对比同粒径超细粉煤灰和轻质碳酸钙在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、橡胶输送带以及丁苯橡胶(SBR)配方中的应用。结果表明,超细粉煤灰在橡塑制品中各项性能均符合指标,并且优于等比例使用碳酸钙的测试数据。粉煤灰是一种优良的填充剂,可在橡胶制品中大力推广使用。
The composition and particle size of fly ash are briefly introduced in this paper.The application of ultra-fine fly ash and light calcium carbonate with the same particle size in EPDM,rubber conveyor belt and SBR formulations is compared.The results show that the performance of ultra-fine fly ash in rubber and plastic products conforms to the index and is superior to the test data of using calcium carbonate in equal proportion.Fly ash is an excellent filler and can be widely used in rubber products.
