摘要
文章运用DEA方法,对湖北省体育场馆的经营效益进行评价研究。结果发现,湖北省体育场馆在运营中存在市场化程度低、盈利能力弱、消费者消费能力和消费需求不足、场馆开放时长短、利用率低、场馆影响力不足等问题。这些问题需要通过改革,让政府的宏观调控引导消费者消费,为场馆经营创造良好的市场环境;让社会资本成为场馆运营的主力军,使场馆的经营管理趋于专业化,创造更多的盈利点。通过专业的运营,让场馆不仅是运动设施,还能成为带动旅游、餐饮、文化建设等多个领域发展的城市标志。
This paper evaluates the operating benefits of sports venues in Hubei province based on data envelopment analysis(DEA).Multiple problems are found including low marketization,weak profitability,insufficient consumption ability and demand,short opening time and low utilization rate of sports venues as well as insufficient influence.These problems need to be solved by reform so that the government's macro-control can guide consumer consumption and create a good market environment for sports venue management.Let social capital become the main force in the operation of sports venues,so that the management of sports venues tends to be professional and create more profit points.Through professional operation,the sports venues are not only sports facility,but also a city symbol to promote the development of tourism,catering,culture building and other fields.
