摘要
目的:探讨老年脑血管病患者护理过程中实施健康教育的效果及临床价值。方法:选取某院收治的84例老年脑血管病患者,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各组42例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者则在护理期间展开健康教育干预。对比两组患者干预后的疾病知晓程度及临床指标改善情况。结果:观察组在护理期间展开健康教育干预后,患者疾病知晓评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者血脂、血压等指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育作用于老年脑血管患者的护理过程中,可有效提高患者对疾病的知晓率,改善各项临床指标,促进病情康复,值得临床借鉴实施。
Objective:To study the effect and clinical value of health education in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods:84 elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease were divided into control group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and health education intervention was carried out in the observation group during the nursing period.The degree of disease awareness and the improvement of clinical indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:after the intervention of health education in the observation group,the disease awareness score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood lipid and blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of health education on the nursing of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the awareness rate of the disease,improve the clinical indicators,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease,which is worthy of clinical reference and implementation.
