玻璃体注射康柏西普联合532激光治疗黄斑水肿的疗效观察

Evaluation on efficacy and safety of combination treatment with intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation for macular edema

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合532激光治疗黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法:选取黄斑水肿患者共98例(124眼),随机分为联合治疗组41例(51眼玻璃体内注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝治疗A组)和对照组57例(73眼单纯视网膜光凝治疗B组)。治疗后1、3、6个月随访;观察两组治疗前后患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹处视网膜厚度(CMT)和眼压的变化,并进行比较和统计分析。结果:治疗后两组患者BCVA均有所提高,1个月和6个月时,两组之间BCVA比较,A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CMT均降低,A组患者CMT在随访期间均值小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者均未发生青光眼、眼内炎等严重并发症。结论:532激光光凝联合玻璃体内注射康柏西普治疗黄斑水肿安全有效,值得临床推广。 Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of injection of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation for macular edema.Metheds:98 patients(124 eyes)with macular edema were randomly divided into combination treatment group(51eyes received interavitreal injection of Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation treatment)and photocoagulation group(73 eyes received laser photocoagulation treatment).The changce of the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),the fovea centralis thickness(CMT),and the intraocular pressure before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Result:The BCVA of the patients in two groups improved after treatment than before(P<0.05).The BCVA improvement in combination treatment group was statistical more significant(P<0.05)compared with photocoagulation group in 6 months after laser photocoagulation treatment were reduced.At each stage,the CMT of the patients with combination treatment group were lower than before these in photocoagulation group(P<0.05).And no complations of glaucoma,cataract,retinal detachment,endophthalmitis and systemic complications were observed in all patients.Conclusion:For the ocular edema,the combination treatment with with intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation has amore qickly and better therapeutic effect than the sole laser photocoagulation treatment in the macular edema and improving the BCVA.It is effective and safety and to be worth spreading for treatment acular edema.
