摘要
等级医院评审是指根据医院评分标准对医院医疗硬件状况和软件状况进行综合评估和定级的过程。自1989年以来,中国实施了等级医院的评估,历经启动、暂停、整改、再启动四个阶段。2012年,安徽省卫生厅颁布了《安徽省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2012版)》(简称“安徽省评估标准”),该研究将“安徽省评估标准”与原卫生部下发的《三级综合医院评审标准(2011年版)》及我国其他地区的评估标准进行对比,总结分析安徽省评估标准实施过程中暴露的问题,并提出相应的修订对策。
