摘要
随着下游需求的不断增加,我国聚丙烯的生产能力不断增加,生产原料格局,装置分布状况等发生了较大变化,新产品开发层出不穷。与此同时,消费量也相应增加。2018年我国聚丙烯的生产能力为24110 kt,表观消费量为23898 kt,进口量为3279.9 kt。进口主要来自韩国和沙特阿拉伯,集中在广东省和浙江省,且以一般贸易方式为主。预计到2023年,我国聚丙烯的生产能力将超过31000 kt,需求量将超过28000 kt。国内相关企业今后应该慎重新建或者扩建生产装置,而是要积极开发新技术,调整产品结构,积极扩大出口,以确保行业健康、快速发展。
With the continuous increase of the downstream demand,the production capacity of polypropylene(PP)in China has been increasing,but with the production material pattern,device distribution,etc.,undergoing such great changes,a host of new products have been successively developed,while the consumption has been increasing.In 2018,China's PP production capacity was 24110 thousand tons,the apparent consumption was 23898 thousand tons,and the import volume was 3279.9 thousand tons.The PP imports,concentrated in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces,are most from South Korea and Saudi Arabia,mainly in the general trade mode.It is expected that by 2023,China's PP production capacity will exceed 31 million tons,and the demand will exceed 28 million tons.It is proposed that relevant domestic enterprises should carefully build or expand production facilities,with their focus on actively developing new technologies,adjusting the product mix,and expanding exports,so as to ensure the healthy and rapid development of the PP industry in China.
