摘要
在“互联网+”已成为国家经济社会发展战略顶层设计的新时代,高校档案服务工作要运用“互联网+”新业态的思维方式、工作理念来开发服务方式、拓宽服务领域,适应新业态的挑战。文章对“互联网+”在高校人事档案服务领域的运用及其重要意义进行分析,探讨通过创建高校人事档案工作网络平台、档案手机报、手机杂志、手机客户端、网络直播平台等方式,给利用者提供方便、快捷的服务,并提出在“互联网+”新业态下,高校人事档案在提供服务时网络安全是关键,同时注意服务内容的同质化问题,以期为新业态的高校档案服务管理工作提供借鉴。
In a new era when"Internet+"has become the top design of the national economic and social development strategy,archives service work in colleges and universities should use the new"Internet+"format of thinking and work concept to develop service ways,broaden service field,and adapt to the challenges.This paper analyzes the application and significance of"Internet+"in the field of personnel archives service in colleges and universities,and discusses how to provide the users with convenient and fast service by establishing a network platform for college personnel archives,mobile phone archives newspaper,mobile phone magazine,mobile client site,webcast platform,etc.,and proposes that under the new"Internet+"format,network security is the key to the service of college personnel archives,and at the same time the homogenization of service content should be paid attention to in order to provide reference for the management of college archives in the new format.
