交直流混杂模式下变压器励磁-振动特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对直流扰动下电力变压器铁心振动问题,提出一种励磁-振动谐响应模型。建立交直 流混杂模式下的变压器电磁耦合状态方程,基于能量扰动原理计算动态电感与时域电流两个状态 变量,在此基础上研究励磁电流辨识方法,利用励磁电流表征变压器的励磁饱和状态,构建励磁- 振动谐响应模型。仿真模拟变压器在交直流混杂模式运行的电磁特性,计算不同直流扰动下的励 磁电流与铁心振动加速度,并对励磁电流进行谐波分析,总结励磁电流变化规律和铁心振动特性 之间的关系。搭建220V单相变压器交直流混杂动模实验平台,在不同直流扰动下,利用励磁参 数辨识模块辨识励磁电流,利用振动监测模块采集变压器铁心振动信号,并将仿真结果与实验数 据进行对比,验证仿真模型的正确性。 An excitation-vibration harmonic response model is proposed to solve the core vibration problem of power transformer under different DC disturbances. The electromagnetic coupling state equation of transformer in AC-DC hybrid operation is established. Based on energy disturbance principle, two state variables of dynamic inductance and time-domain current are calculated. Subsequently, the identification method of exciting current is studied, and the excitation current-vibration harmonic response model is constructed. The electromagnetic characteristics of transformer is simulated in AC-DC hybrid operation. The exciting current and the core vibration acceleration are calculated under different DC disturbances. Then the harmonics of exciting current is analyzed, and the relationship between variation rule of exciting current and vibration characteristics of core is summarized. An experiment platform of 220V single-phase transformer is set up in AC-DC hybrid operation. The excitation current is identified by excitation parameter identification module, and the vibration signal of transformer core is collected by vibration monitoring module. The simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the correctness of the simulation model.
