基于四阶互累积量的fast ICA微地震数据噪声压制方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 相较于常规地震资料,微地震资料中不同道之间有效信号通常存在时间差,使得采用快速独立分量分析(fast independent component analysis,fast ICA)算法分离微地震有效信号时受不同道之间有效信号时间差干扰,导致部分有效信号被当作噪声而分离。引入四阶互累积量算法消除时间差后,再将fast ICA算法应用于微地震资料进行有效信号与噪声的盲源分离,从而解决上述问题。首先分别介绍了四阶互累积量算法和fast ICA算法,并利用微地震仿真数据测试了四阶互累积量算法的时差估计准确性,再根据时差估计结果对有效信号进行时差偏移,最后对偏移后的微地震数据进行fast ICA盲源分离,从而达到去除噪声的同时保留有效信号并提高信噪比的目的。微地震仿真实验以及实际微地震资料的处理结果表明基于四阶互累积量的fast ICA微地震数据噪声压制方法具有良好的去噪效果。 Recordings of microseismic and conventional seismic data are usually not synchronized.This interferes with the suppression of microseismic signals using the Fast Independent Component Analysis(Fast ICA)algorithm,resulting in an unwanted suppression of the signal.To overcome this issue,the fourth-order mutual cumulant algorithm is introduced to eliminate the time difference,and then the Fast ICA algorithm is applied to the blind source separation of microseismic data.In the paper,the fourth-order mutual cumulants and the Fast ICA algorithm are discussed first,and the accuracy of the time difference estimation by the fourth-order mutual cumulants is tested against simulated microseismic data.Then,the signal is migrated according to the estimated time difference.Finally,the Fast ICA blind source separation is carried out on the microseismic data after migration,so that a correct noise suppression can be performed,which is not affected by unwanted signal suppression.The test results showed that the fourth-order mutual cumulants can estimate the time difference with good accuracy.The results of the application to actual microseismic data demonstrated that the proposed method can denoise the signal well,without unwanted signal suppression.
