摘要
猪脱细胞膀胱基质(urinary bladder matrix,UBM)是细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的一种,目前研究发现其是盆底高分子补片的理想替代材料,具有无侵蚀性、组织相容性好、能诱导组织再生、减少瘢痕形成等优点,但也有易被人体吸收等缺点。通过使用一些合理的方法可以有效改善UBM的生物性能和力学性能,使其更有利于患者疾病的康复。本文从UBM的结构和功能、制作方法、实际应用等方面介绍UBM的研究发展现状。
Porcine urinary bladder matrix(UBM)is a type of extracellular matrix(ECM).Currently,it is considered an ideal alternative material for pelvic bottom polymer supplements because it exhibits no corrosion,has good histocompatibility,can induce tissue regeneration,and exhibits rare scar formation among other advantages.However,use of UBM also has disadvantages such as easy absorption by the human body.Using reasonable method,the biological and mechanical properties of UBM can be effectively improved,making it more conducive to patient rehabilitation.This article introduces the research and development of UBM through its structure and function,production method,and practical applications.
