摘要
考虑快充站与配电网的联合规划,既满足用户出行在外的充电需求,又使得配电网规划的经济性和可靠性提高。首先对影响电动汽车充电负荷进行建模,通过蒙特卡洛抽样得出电动汽车快充负荷,然后建立了考虑风电消纳的年社会综合成本最小的快充站与配电网联合规划模型,其中利用排队论原理来对充电站安装设备数量进行确定,采用免疫算法进行求解,最后通过算例分析来验证模型的有效性和可行性。
Considering the joint planning of the fast charging station and the distribution network,the charging demand of the user can be satisfied,and the economics and reliability of the distribution network planning can also be improved.First,this paper models the impact of electric vehicle charging load,and obtains the fast charging load of electric vehicles through Monte Carlo sampling.Then,the joint planning model of fast charging station and distribution network with the lowest comprehensive social cost of wind power consumption is established.The queuing theory is used to determine the number of installation equipment in the fast charging station,and the immune algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by case analysis.
