摘要
改革开放40年来的青年成长成才教育取得显著成效,积累了丰富经验,突出表现在:坚持用科学的理论武装青年是青年成才之根本;牢牢掌握和坚持青年教育的基本原则是青年成才之关键;把握青年特点和教育规律是青年成才之基础;坚持科学的教育方法是青年成才之重要因素。
Youth is the hope of the motherland and the future of the nation.The 40 years of reform and opening up have seen remarkable achievements in the development of talent education for young people and accumulated rich experience.The outstanding performance is:persisting in arming youth with scientific theories is the foundation for young talents;firmly grasping and adhering to the basic principles of youth education is the key to young talents.Grasping the characteristics of young people and the laws of education are the foundation for the talents of young people;adhering to the scientific education method is an important factor in the growth of young people.
