摘要
为实现疏松砂岩油藏的三维物理模拟实验,关键之一在于如何获取能够代表实际储层条件的三维大尺寸岩心。而受疏松砂岩胶结强度小、疏松易散等特性影响,现场钻取大尺寸岩心难以实现,因此提出弱胶结三维大尺度疏松砂岩岩心的制备。通过岩心制作模具设计,以目标储层各油组粒度组成和物性参数为基准,并考虑到实际储层厚度和泥质夹层等宏观特征,进行弱胶结三维大尺度岩心以及带饱和度探针岩心的制作,并对成型岩心进行物性评价测试。结果表明,与实际储层相比,岩心模型孔隙度和渗透率误差保持在10%左右,精度较高,层内均质性好,各层平均胶结指数为1.6,属弱胶结范畴,胶结程度与目标储层一致。所制备的岩心较好地还原实际储层物性特征和宏观结构,为疏松砂岩油藏三维物理模拟实验提供可靠岩心来源支撑。
In order to realize the three-dimensional physical simulation experiment of loose sandstone reservoirs,one of the key points lies in how to obtain the three-dimensional large-size cores that can represent the actual reservoir conditions.However,due to the characteristics of small cementation strength,easy to loose,the large-scale cores drilling on site are dif ficult to achieve,so the preparation of weakly cemented three-dimensional large-scale loose sandstone cores is proposed.Through the design of the core mold,based on the particle size group and physical parameters of the target reservoir,and considering the macroscopic characteris-tics such as the actual reservoir thickness and the shale interlayer,weakly cemented three-dimensional large-scale core and saturated probe core are used.The physical properties of formed cores are evaluated and tested.The results show that compared with the actual reservoir,the porosity and permeability error of the core model is kept at about 10%,the precision is high,the homogeneity in the layer is good,the average cementation index of each layer is 1.6,which is a weak cementation category,and the degree of cementa-tion consistent with the target reservoir.The prepared core can be done well in reducing the physical properties and macroscopic structure of the actual reservoir,and provides reliable core source support for the three-dimensional physical simulation experiment of the loose sandstone reservoir.
