摘要
针对石油钻井作业过程中的井漏问题,结合目前国内外处理井漏问题的技术现状,首先对井漏问题难以解决的影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出解决井漏问题的防漏堵漏工艺方法,为保障石油钻井作业的顺利开展奠定基础。研究表明:无法准确判断漏层位置、无法检查出漏失通道大小、无法详细了解漏失情况、盲目性强以及储层受损是井漏问题难以解决的重要影响因素,因此,油田单位在进行钻井作业的过程中,需要从工程技术工艺方案、泥浆施工操作、堵漏工艺技术三个角度出发,分别采取多项有效措施,解决井漏问题。
In view of the problem of lost circulation in oil drilling operation,combined with the current technical status of dealing with the problem of lost circulation at home and abroad,the in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the well leakage problem is firstly carried out.On this basis,the solution to the problem of lost circulation is proposed.The anti-leakage and plugging process method lays a foundation for ensuring the smooth development of oil drilling operations.The research shows that it is impossible to accurately determine the location of the leakage layer,the size of the missing channel cannot be checked,the failure to understand the leakage situation,the blindness and the damage of the reservoir are important factors that can not be solved by the well leakage problem.Therefore,the oilfield unit is drilling.In the process of operation,it is necessary to take a number of effective measures to solve the problem of lost circulation from three aspects:engineering technology process plan,mud construction operation and plugging process technology.
