摘要
人类频繁的活动以及工业的发展,使得环境受到了一定程度的污染。在水质上,体现在固体物含量增多,水质变差。为了提高水的质量,活性污泥被广泛应用于水质的净化之中。但是,在活性污泥净化水质后会产生新的菌体细胞,直接投放新的环境中是不妥当的,会造成新的污染。这就需要对其中的蛋白质进行提取。通过对利用活性污泥提取蛋白质技术的可行性分析,发现提取技术应用过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。
The frequent activities of human beings and the development of industry have caused the quality of the environment to be polluted to a certain extent.In terms of water quality,it is reflected in an increase in solid content and a deterioration in water quality.In order to improve the quality of water,activated sludge is widely used in the purification of water quality.However,after the activated sludge is purified,the new bacterial cells will be produced,and it is not appropriate to directly put it into a new environment,which will cause new pollution.This requires extraction of the protein.Through the feasibility analysis of the technology of extracting protein by activated sludge,this paper finds the problems existing in the application process of extraction technology and proposes corresponding solutions.
