摘要
利用CFD软件对柴油机的燃烧过程进行了三维仿真研究,探究了燃烧室形状以及其与喷油器油束夹角的匹配对柴油机燃烧性能的影响,在原机的基础上设计了一种双斜切燃烧室。试验结果表明,原机燃烧室和双斜切燃烧室匹配的最佳油束夹角分别为140°和145°,此时油束落点可以到达燃烧室拐角,使燃油向上和向下分流,组织良好的油气混合,缩短燃烧持续期,实现快速燃烧。对于匹配最佳油束夹角的两种燃烧室,双斜切燃烧室在柴油机经济性和动力性上以及碳烟排放方面都优于原机燃烧室,但在NOx排放上比原机燃烧室差。国Ⅵ柴油机燃烧开发试验表明,匹配最佳油束夹角的双斜切燃烧室的综合性能优于匹配最佳油束夹角的原机燃烧室。
The three-dimensional simulation of the diesel engine’s combustion process is made with CFD software to explore the influence of the combustion chamber shape and the matching between the chamber and the spray angles on the combustion performance,and a double-tangent combustion chamber is designed based on the original engine.The test results show that,the optimal spray angles for the original engine chamber and the double-tangents chamber are 140°and 145°respectively.With these angles,the drop point of the fuel can reach the corner of the chamber,making the fuel flow upward and downward respectively,organizing a good mixture of fuel and air,shortening the duration of combustion,and finally realizing a rapid combustion.For the two chambers with the optimal spray angle,the economy,power and soot emission of the double-tangent chamber are superior to that of the chamber of the original engine,however,its NOx emission is worse than that of the original engine.The development and test of China VI diesel engine indicate that the double-tangent chamber with the optimal spray angle has better comprehensive performance than the chamber of the original engine with the optimal spray angle.
