摘要
火电厂产生的工业污水是现有火电厂面临的一个非常严峻的问题,各地展开了一系列手段来对其进行治理。通过对火电厂循环水排污回用处理工艺进行研究,使得污水经过处理之后可以再次利用。一系列的实验研究发现,利用强化混凝剂可以将循环水排污水中的有机物质等杂质清除干净,其中对化学需氧量(COD)、总有机碳(TOC)的清除率分别是66.9%、54.1%,并且利用后续膜系统将水中的有机污染物进行降低,其中二级软化对钙离子和镁离子的清除率是96.4%和94.8%,可减轻后续膜系统的无机物对其的污染。反渗透回收率值可以到89%,反渗透产水可以给锅炉使用,反渗透浓水用做脱硫工艺用水。
Industrial sewage is a very serious problem faced by thermal power plants.It is very urgent to study the treatment and reuse technology of circulating water sewage in thermal power plants.Experiments show that enhanced coagulation can clean up the organic substances in the wastewater of circulating water,such as the removal rates of COD and TOC are 66.9%and 54.1%,and subsequent membrane system can reduce the organic pollutants in water,such as the removal rates of calcium and magnesium ions by secondary softening are 96.4%and 94.8%.Finally,the reverse osmosis recovery rate can reach 89%,the reverse osmosis water can be used for boiler,and the reverse osmosis concentrated water can be used for desulfurization process water.
