摘要
从量本利分析的基本理论出发,依据生产型企业生产决策的实践需要,结合相关理论,推演出企业在一定规模生产活动中的主要事项决策依据,并给出相应的定性或定量的利润最大化生产决策方法。
Starting from the basic theory of quantity-cost-profit analysis,according to the practical needs of enterprise production decision-making and related theories,the basis of decision-making on major items in a certain scale of production activities was offered,and the corresponding qualitative or quantitative production decision-making methods for maximizing profits were put forward.
